Work Flexibility: OnsiteThis is a defined term assignment with an anticipated start date of Winter 2025and end date of 12/31/2026.Schedule1st Shift: Mon Fri 7:30am - 4pmOvertime based on business needsOn-call rotation requiredWhat you will doAs a Field Operations Associate you will compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.Inspect products and keep record of damaged defective shortages of movement of and expired products using computer systemsCheck inventory records to determine availability of requested productsClean and maintain supplies tools equipment and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulationsExamine and inspect stock items for wear or defects reporting any damage to supervisorsConfer with distribution sales shipping warehouse or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveriesInvestigate customer complaints and track service levels/problem solve any discrepanciesWork with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank other warehouses consignments)Organize retrieve or place goods from/into stock received via multiple sourcesDeliver equipment to customer sites and arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) as neededWhat you needHigh School Diploma or GEDTwo (2) years relevant work experiencePossess a valid drivers license with no restrictionsAbility to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbsMust have the ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs including weekends and evenings call as neededPreferredAssociates degreeWarehouse/ inventory control experience in a fast-paced environmentMedical device experience; ERP; Microsoft Office$27.90 per hour plus bonus eligible benefits.Travel Percentage: NoneStryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
