Position Overview: The Field Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting field teams by managing logistics, dispatch, and coordination of daily operations to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily work schedules and dispatch field personnel Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage service expectations Track field activities, maintain accurate reports, and resolve any operational issues Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Support inventory management and equipment tracking
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a coordination role Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient with scheduling software and MS Office Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a dynamic environment High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
