Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.Data Entry SpecialistParma, OH (Onsite with free parking)12/01/2025 - 03/07/2026Shift - Mon-Fri/ 3 PM - 11 PM EST (30 minute lunch break)Job Description:Qualifications Must have a typing test attached to the resume Must show relevant work experience Candidates will be required to take a typing test Ability to perform high speed manual key data entry Ability to follow set procedures and maintain accuracy Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Document Processing Perform accurate high speed data entry (15,000 KS per hour) of hardcopy documents into Data Entry Software Validate document classification for automatically classified digital documents Validate data extracted automatically from digital documents and correct low confidence exceptions Validate automatically applied redactions and correct exceptions Manually enter metadata index information from digital documents Compare hardcopy documents to digital versions to ensure required quality standards Check Processing Review digital checks and related documentation to verify: Correct payee Valid check date Proper signature Make corrections per policy, including generating Check Return Letters when needed Validate automatically extracted CAR/LAR check amounts and correct discrepancies Maintain fiscal control of check batches Research and analyze check distributions as required by the customer Quality & Productivity Meet deadlines by working quickly while maintaining accuracy Achieve productivity and accuracy standards set by the BSS BPO Manager Complete all paperwork accurately, legibly, and in a timely manner Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and production standards Other Requirements Must be able to read and write in English Perform other duties as assignedMetasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
