Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob OverviewPremier Power Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled Field Electrical Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys working independently, takes pride in customer satisfaction, and is confident in quoting and executing their own jobs. Technicians are dispatched to pre-scheduled appointments at residential and commercial locations.DutiesTravel to customer homes and businesses to perform on-site electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs with pre-set company provided appointments.Estimate and price electrical work on the spot, including providing clear explanations and recommendations to customers.Build rapport and establish trust with customers through clear communication and professional service.Perform electrical upgrades and installations including:Main panel upgradesSubpanel modificationsRewiring and load balancingCircuit additions and dedicated linesEnsure all work meets NEC standards and local code requirements.Maintain accurate records of services, materials used, and customer communications.Communicate with office staff regarding scheduling, job updates, and follow-ups.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and PPE protocols.ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience as a residential/commercial electrician.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and code compliance.Comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow.Experience with estimating and quoting jobs in the field is a strong plus.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Own hand tools and appropriate work attire (specialty tools and PPE provided as needed).Compensation & Benefits:Uncapped earning potential – high-performing technicians routinely earn $100K+ per yearCompetitive commission structure with bonuses for performanceCompany-provided leads and pre-scheduled appointmentsGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companySupportive team environment with in-field and office resourcesPristine Power Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and insured electrical contractor committed to high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
