About the Role:

Nuvant Roofing is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to grow our residential roofing business through direct-to-home outreach (door knocking) and in-person consultations.

This is a field-based, hunter-style sales role for professionals who enjoy working independently, owning their results, and building income through consistent activity and strong closing skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect assigned neighborhoods to generate inspections
  • Set and run homeowner appointments
  • Perform roof inspections and explain findings clearly
  • Present roofing solutions and close residential deals
  • Follow Nuvant's proven sales process and playbook
  • Track activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Maintain consistent field activity to build momentum

What We're Looking For:

Experience (Preferred):

  • Door-to-door (D2D) sales experience
  • Roofing, solar, pest control, home improvement, or commission-based sales
  • No licensing required at hire - we guide you through the process
