Candidates will be required to relocate and work onsite from the effective date of starting in this role. Role Type: Full-Time Position OverviewReporting to the Director, Field Sales Execution, the Field Sales Support Manager will develop and refine product specifications, support the implementation of new technologies, and enhance sales order processes. You will coordinate team requests, assist with proposal development, and manage logistics and order fulfillment. Additionally, you will track key programs, manage incentives, and support the rollout of new sales strategies.ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of new technologies to assist marketing and sales teams.Coordinate daily requests from the field team.Conduct daily reviews of the Uplft field sales platform, including check-in/check-out and KPI metrics.Help roll out new field sales strategies with team members.Communicate key Tier 1-2 chain programs to the respective field team regions.Assist Regional Managers and Directors with weekly and monthly sales performance calls, recaps, deck builds, audits, and special initiative rollups.Provide follow-up training and guidance for sales/merchandising new hires. Lead new hire training calls and coordinate involvement from the relevant departments.Deliver Uplft sales portal training for Regional Managers and Directors.Pull and analyze basic sales reports as requested.Support the Sr. Field Sales Support Manager with tasks such as samples, fleet management, and forms.Onboard new field sales hires into Jira and manage sales roster updates.RequirementsExperience: 2+ years in beverage or CPG sales.Education: High school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong analytical skills.Proficiency in advanced computing functions.Familiarity with databases and sales software.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong communication skills.Ability to problem solve and multitask.BenefitsComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefitsLong- and short-term disabilityLife insurance10 Vacation days per year subject to accrual policy11 Company paid holidays401(k) with Company matchIdentity theft and legal servicesCelsius Holdings, Inc. celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
