Job DescriptionJob Description Role at a glance Location: Local support in the Dallas–Fort Worth or San Antonio–Austin markets (minimal overnight travel during the week).Focus: Field service, installations, and preventive maintenance for CNC machine tools.Culture: Latest technology, excellent team environment, continuous growth and learning. What you'll do Execute service calls, new machine installations, and PMs in your local territory.Troubleshoot and resolve issues; support sales efforts and deliver some customer training.Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and partners.Act as a professional, ethical representative of Ellison Technologies at all times.Own your work: document service activities, maintain customer records, and manage technical documentation.Handle additional related duties as assigned. What you bring Proven experience with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers—installation, maintenance, and/or repair.Diagnostic depth in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.Customer‑facing confidence with the ability to train and collaborate with sales.Strong communication and meticulous documentation habits.
