DescriptionWe are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer I. The selected candidate will perform maintenance audits configuration programming installation/commissioning upgrades and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS TPS/TDC3000). Your time will be spent validating customer requests developing/maintaining/improving customer relationships upgrades/migration planning and execution all while ensuring Right and Fast Delivery.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesPeriodic communication with customers regarding technical and administrative issuesProvide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-related issues / enquiriesConfigure maintain and solve Honeywell hardware / software issues including: Experion PKS other DCS hardware / software such as LCN & TPSUpgrade Experion software from one software release to another software release on live control system without causing any interruption to customers industrial processMigrate Legacy Honeywell control systems to Honeywells new technology offeringUnderstand customer key processes and economic drivers to translate those into business opportunities while providing timely research and recommendationsAssist Sales during sales pursuits and be the face of Honeywell to end-usersLearn the end-to-end product / solution development and delivery / execution of Honeywell products and solutionsUse technical expertise of sophisticated Honeywell solutions / product offerings to improve customer experienceBENEFITSIn addition to a competitive salary leading-edge work and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
