Field Service Engineer at Actalent

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service and support for company equipment, including domestic and international travel as needed.

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.

• Apply AC/DC knowledge and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while working directly with clients.

• Work with PLC systems to troubleshoot, wire machinery, and manage components such as solenoids, valves, and piping.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including extended assignments when required (80%).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lisle, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
