DescriptionAs a Field Service Electrical Installation Supervisor here at Honeywell you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions and driving customer satisfaction. Help to build a strong diverse team by recruiting talent identifying and developing successors driving retention and engagement and fostering an inclusive culture.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers on the electrical sideTravel to customer sites throughout the US heavy travel up to 90% of timeConduct equipment electrical installations repairs and maintenanceProvide technical support and expertise to customers in the fieldCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records of service activities and documentationQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering with a focus on electrical installations in an industrial settingWillingness to travel and be on the road up to 90% of time will go to customer sites throughout the USStrong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologiesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills on the electrical side in an industrial/field settingAbility to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience in project management and executionStrong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationshipsWE VALUEAdvanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering) ME (Mechanical Engineering)Advanced certificate in electrical field Masters License Journeyman LicenseStrong leadership and mentoring skillsContinuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancementsResults-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completionStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
