Field Service Installer Location: San Antonio, TX Pay: $21-$26/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - finish (based on workload) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Field Service Installer to support residential installation projects in the San Antonio area. This is a hands-on role requiring experience with flooring, tile, and/or countertop installations, along with the ability to work independently across multiple job sites. Key Responsibilities Install flooring, tile, and/or countertops according to project specifications Take accurate field measurements and verify job site readiness prior to installation Ensure proper materials, layouts, and quantities before beginning work Complete installations on schedule while maintaining quality standards Perform pre- and post-installation walkthroughs Communicate with builders and team members regarding job progress Handle basic service and warranty work as needed Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Travel daily to various job sites within the San Antonio area Qualifications Minimum 2 years of installation experience (flooring, tile, countertops, or similar) Experience working on residential or construction job sites Ability to read basic plans, measurements, and layouts Strong attention to detail and time management skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Reliable and able to work independently Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Additional Details Daily travel required throughout the San Antonio area Must be comfortable working in construction environments Tools and safety equipment may be required If you're an experienced installer looking for steady work with growth potential, apply today.
