We aspire to be the best solution for the Industrial customers' needs for MROP products and services through our Innovative Pumping Solutions, Metal Working, Supply Chain Services and Service Centers.Check out our many videos to learn more!  http://www.dxpe.com/about-us/careers/Responsibilities of the Field Service Manager include but are not limited to:Plans and directs the work of the Service Coordinators and Service Technicians, placing particular emphasis on the successful completion service jobsContinually improves and develops standards for the Service DepartmentAdministers safety, technical, and process training as required for departmentOrganizes shop to accomplish operational goals and advises VP Operations on staff requirementsMonitors Service Department to ensure efficient use of manpower and compliance with customers' requirementsWorks with Sales Professionals to prepare technical proposals and support customer needsWorks with the Safety Coordinator to ensure that the service department operates according to Company Safety policies, both in the shop and in the fieldWorks closely with the Customer Service Manager to develop and accomplish long-range operating and service sales growth goalsQualifications of the Field Service Manager include but are not limited to:Extensive (7-10 years minimum) experience in pump and/or other rotating equipmentEmployee management experienceAbility to motivate team and accomplish goals#ZRSFAdditional Information:Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassistedWorking Conditions: Shop EnvironmentTraining/Certifications: N/A Shift Time/Overtime: Must be able to work overtime as necessaryTravel: Travel to client sites.
