With a long-standing reputation for superior service and products, our technical services, sales, and representatives are positioned to provide solutions for your business needs.The Role:As Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for the management of customer service requests, as well as remote field service technicians and administrative staff. You will interact frequently with the sales teams and will aid in aligning the customer with troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services.What A Day In The Life Is Like:Technician Training:Develop field service technicians to ensure they possess the necessary technical skills and knowledge needed for the fieldStay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate within the businessCustomer Interaction:Foster positive relationships with customers by ensuring that field service interactions are professional, courteous, and aligned with company valuesCollaborate to address and resolve customer concerns promptlyCoaching and Performance Management:Provide ongoing coaching and support to field service technicians, promoting continuous improvement in their technical skills, customer service, and problem-solving abilitiesConduct regular performance reviews and set clear goals for individual and team developmentOperational Efficiency:Implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency of field service operations, including optimizing schedules, routes, and resource allocationWork closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional collaborationQualifications and Experience:Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical schoolFocus on remote technician training and customer interactionAt least 3-5 years prior field service, project, construction, or related management experienceStrong business and financial acumen Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Company vehicle for limited business travel (10-20% travel)Health, Dental, Life, and Vision Insurance PTO (15 days/120 hours)401(K) w/ 3% matchIncentive bonusFlexible schedule, limited travelTHE PEOPLE!Why Join Us:Joining means becoming part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence and innovation.
