Location: Canfield, OHSummary:As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating daily operations while meeting departmental budgeted goals. Duties include formulating policies, managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human resources. What You'll Do:Oversees the service and/or installation departments to ensure that customer needs are being met in a timely manner. Provide technical support to the service and installation departments.Ensure that operations are running at or below budget while achieving quality, production and profit goals. Recruit, hire, and develop staff. Manage employee performance.
