Youll be our forward technical face: integrating Electromagnetic Warfare sensors training users operating systems in the field troubleshooting complex RF issues and keeping fleets mission-ready. This role is onsite in Syracuse NY with approximately 25% travel (CONUS/OCONUS as needed). U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance are required (active Secret preferred).What You Will Do Exercise & event integration: Plan and execute system installation configuration and integration during lab workups range events and field exercises; coordinate with program engineering logistics and customer teams.Hands-on operation & maintenance: Operate EW systems; perform preventive/corrective maintenance depot-level troubleshooting and return-to-service verification using RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers signal generators VNAs power meters oscilloscopes).Instruction & user enablement: Develop and deliver operator and maintainer training (classroom and hands-on); create quick-reference guides and SOPs; mentor unit techs.Field issue triage: Diagnose HW/SW/network faults capture logs/IQ data perform LRU swaps and firmware loads and coordinate spares/repairs with depot and OEMs.Readiness & reporting: Maintain configs crypto/accountability per policy and accurate maintenance/training records; produce after-action reports and integration checklists.What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.38 years in RF/EW avionics SIGINT/ESM/ECM/EA EW test or field maintenance; or equivalent military maintainer background.
