This role is essential to helping our customers maintain accurate and compliant weighing systems across a range of industrial environments. Requirements:What You’ll DoLearn. Apply. Grow: Upon hire, you will begin training and development in the scale industry in our unique apprenticeship program. Learn and apply scale industry fundamentals and professional standardsInstall, service, and troubleshoot mechanical/ electrical components of industrial scalesProvide timely and efficient service to ensure equipment is operating accurately and reliablyFollow detailed processes for documentation, calibration, and reportingOperate industrial equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and competentlyUse software and mobile tools to log service reports and communicate updatesMaintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools according to company policyFollow established schedules and instructions with minimal deviationWork indoors and outdoors in all types of weatherWhat You BringA valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Valued: CDL Class B)Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in varying conditionsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures without shortcutsA professional attitude and image as a representative of the companyBasic knowledge of electronics, mechanics, or industrial systemsComfortable with technology, including email, mobile apps, and troubleshooting softwareAbility to work in a team as well as independently and take ownership of quality resultsValued: Prior experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or similar hands-on roles is helpful but not required.
