We’ll equip you with the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and repair multi-function printers and scanners, conduct preventive maintenance, and deliver top-notch customer service. Join our team and be part of a company that prides itself on providing the highest quality of service to our customers.Compensation & BenefitsHourly rate between $20-$27/hr, depending on experienceConsistent Monday-Friday, 8a-5p scheduleMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Options401K with Company Match9 Paid Holidays plus earn 2 weeks of PTO in your first yearOpportunities for Continued EducationSupport of a Well Established & Trusted CompanyJob TasksInspect, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, scanners and multifunctional printers (MFPs) in customer locationsPerform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of all machinesRespond quickly to customer calls and requests for serviceInstall and configure new hardware and software as neededProvide on-site training to end usersMaintain inventory of spare parts and suppliesDocument customer information, service calls, and machine historyStay up-to-date with new products and technologiesRequirements:Preferred QualificationsSelf-starter with great attention to detail and deadlinesAble to lift 75lbs, stand, stoop, crouch for prolonged periods with no issueActive drivers license with auto insurance coverage or the ability to obtain insurance coverageBe teachable and ready to learn new things as the industry changes and growsMust pass a pre-employment background checkPerformance ReviewPerformance will be reviewed on a periodic basis.
