Our employees enjoy challenging projects in the development and manufacture of light scattering particle counters and diverse technologies and applications.Your ImpactWe are looking for a Field Service Technician Hillsboro Oregon who will contribute to the success of the Field Service Team applying their expertise in Service to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative reliable this role the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and maintain a commitment to professional excellence quality and continuous improvement.The Role As a Field Service Technician youll be addressing Particle Measuring Systems customer equipment maintenance and repair needs. The position is tasked with assuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient maintenance and repair and continual improvement in the quality of our products and services. This position is onsite in support of a major customer in Hillsboro OR.Job ResponsibilitiesCalibrating troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipmentSupporting customer calibration and maintenance of Particle Measuring Systems micro-contamination monitoring equipmentResearching customer problems and complaintsActing as a liaison between customers and various departmentsContinuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency quality and safetyThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
