Supporting the world's bravest.Job SummaryResponsible for providing routine technical support for maintenance, repairs, modification, equipment setup and testing. Troubleshoot and determine equipment issues by utilizing drawings and technical documentation.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing routine technical support for maintenance, repairs, modification, equipment setup and testingTroubleshoot and determine equipment issues by utilizing drawings and technical documentationConduct repairs and/or modifications using a variety of hand tools and test equipmentAssist in demonstrating setup and adjustment of complex equipment for potential users or operatorsComplete appropriate written documentation and feedback for onsite service and installationsDeliver technical solutions to customers with a high degree of professionalismMay provide formal/informal training of customer personnelIdentify, analyze, and repair product failures, orders and replaces parts as neededMay recommend which products or services best fit the customers needsDemonstrate great customer service skillsWork variable shifts and up to 12-hour shifts to perform necessary testingExhibit mature, independent judgment and communicates effectivelyEmployees must be able to maintain and adhere to the customer's on-site scheduling requirements with no more than 5 unplanned absences during any rolling 12-month period.Support,communicate,reinforceanddefendthemission,valuesandcultureoftheorganizationAssist in shipping and receiving equipment and partsReceive parts and equipment to locations in warehouseJob Responsibilities Part IIPerform daily routine Inventory spot checks in warehouse to ensure 100% Inventory.Package sensitive items securely for shipping (According to SPI when available).Use forklift to load/unload trucks and put equipment into locationQualifications* High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of work experience* Proficient in the use of a laptop computers, mobile devices, and related software* Must be able and willing to travel* Must have or be eligible to obtain U.S. passport* U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required* Software skills with C, C++, Java and Visual Basic, a plus* Computer proficiency with MS Office application experience, including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint; detailed understanding and use of database technologies helpfulU.S. Citizenship required.
