Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob SummaryStart and end your day from your home and travel to client locations to troubleshoot and diagnose Automated Teller Machine (ATM) issues in the Greater Philadelphia area including Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware countings.Travel to the Moorestown, NJ location as needed (approximately once every 2 - 3 weeks)Perform hardware repair and maintenance on ATM's in the Greater Philadelphia areaUsing company issued equipment/tools to fix problems such as worn card readers and malfunctioning cash dispensing systemsManagement may, at its discretion, assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeCompany vehicle including fuel, tolls, tools maintenance and service training providedQualificationsAbility to lift heavy equipmentProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsProfessional appearanceDocumentation skillsMust have the ability to work a flexible schedule; occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demandMust be able to work overtime as neededValid driver's license Position TypeNon-ExemptFull-Time and Part-Time positions availableRequirements High School DiplomaMechanical repair experience preferredExperience with major ATM manufactures: NCR, Diebold, Hyosung is a plusAbout the Company Shields Business Solutions, Inc. is an NCR Certified Reseller of NCR ATM's.
