We are seeking aField Service Technicianfor ourBoston area.This position is responsible for troubleshooting repairing and installing coffee tea and beverage equipment and all preventative maintenance for our food service and retail customers. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Performs onsite coffee tea and beverage equipment installations and exchangesTroubleshoots and repairs customer equipment on siteResponsively assists customers over the phone with repairs calibrations and troubleshootingProactively detects and corrects potential problems before they occurCompletes clear and accurate work orders documenting service provided parts used and the resultsCompletes all work orders in an accurate complete and timely fashionMaintains part inventory levels in company-provided service vehicleEffective communication with company dispatcher to ensure prompt service and customer satisfactionFollows all safety procedures and participates in safety trainingMaintains safe and efficient use of equipment and toolsInspects company vehicle and alerts management of necessary or required maintenance/repairs needed on the vehicle in a prompt mannerServes as the face of the company by providing a positive professional demeanor and imageParticipates in rotating on call schedule including nights and weekends.Other duties as assigned by the Service ManagerQualifications Education and Experience:The minimum requirements below are representative of the education and experience required to perform this job successfully.High school diploma or GEDA minimum of two years of technician experience working on/repairingcoffee tea and beverage equipment requiredElectrical and plumbing experience helpfulQualification/Skills:The skills listed below are representative of the technical interpersonal and leadership skills required to meet the job qualifications for this position.Valid drivers license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsPositive customer service attitude and a team playerReliable with the ability to work weekends/holidays as neededAttention to detail with good organizational skillsTechnology proficiencyRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Athletics,English,Fund Management,ABAP,Banking & Finance,Actuary Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 27 - 30
