This role directly enables our company to uphold its long-standing reputation for excellence reliability and human-centered service.PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVESDiagnose and Resolve Mechanical Issues: Analyze high-speed centrifuge systems to detect vibration sources misalignments and wear. Repair and calibrate units across a wide range of equipment sizes.Execute Scheduled Field Visits: Work is performed daily at customer sites for preventive maintenance repairs and system upgrades. Support Emergency Response: Respond to unscheduled breakdowns with flexibility and urgency. Work with the team to coordinate coverage without a fixed on-call rotation.Participate in Hands-On Training: Shadow experienced techs in field and shop. Partner with sales and engineering on startup installs to understand system lifecycle fully.Represent the Company with Professionalism: Serve as a trusted advisor and on-site expert.
