SUMMARY:Under general supervision provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses troubleshooting service and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.JOB DUTIESSpecializes in providing on-site installation customer support and performing diagnoses troubleshooting service and repair of complex equipment and systems.Interprets customers needs and clarifies the responsibility for problem resolution.Performs feasibility and approves operational quality of system equipment.Provides on-site technical product support and service to customers.Provides customers assistance with the operation and maintenance of the system.Serves as Motions liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCETypically requires a high school diploma or GED and zero (0) to two (2) years or relevant experience.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIESMaintenance and reliability backgroundAbility to work independentlyStrong critical thinking and problem solving abilityStrong communication skills requiredAbility to maintain a professional demeanor in a stressful situationAbility to manage contract location resourcesAbility to manage travel budgetPHYSICAL DEMANDS:More than 50% travel required.Push/pull up to 100 poundsLift/carry up to 100 poundsLift bulky objectsLICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: Excellent driving record preferred.
