Today were the industrys leading innovator providing complete turnkey processing and packaging lines for a variety of food production including snacks French fries confectionery and more.Click on to learn more about the organization.About The RoleThis position is responsible for carrying out installations commissioning maintenance and ongoing service and support to customers in a timely manner whilst always promoting TNAs professional image.Additionally the role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospective clients with the objective of achieving sales revenue and growth according to targets across North America and Canada. MUST reside in the Mid-West of USA.Key responsibilitiesAlways promotes and presents a high level and professional image of TNA.Ensure sound knowledge of TNAs products and services is developed and maintained to ensure accurate communication to customers.Collate weekly timesheet and present results to the Technical Services ManagerProvide first second and third level support in relation to breakdowns and/or customer queries responding by either telephone or site visits promptly!Responsible for providing routine maintenance and planned services of equipment in accordance with schedules.Provide input and feedback to the R&D Team in Sydney relating to product modifications / faults and developments.Develop strong professional relationships with all customers and provide feedback to the Sales Team regarding prospective capital investment obtained through such relationships.Attend and work at trade shows / exhibitions held throughout the year (including some weekends)Work with Project Engineers in the lead up to installation ensuring correct layouts and documentations have been received.Qualification and ExperienceExcellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.Excellent customer service skills able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.Able to make decisions in line with organisational philosophies and practices.Collaborates seeks and listens to feedback across all areas of the business.Outstanding service provider with a strong customer focusGood fault-finding skills.Able to multi-task and work under pressureAble to develop and execute sales strategies to enable targets to be met.Good computer skills knowledge of Excel Word & PowerPoint (DOS & Windows)Current Drivers licenseMUST reside in East Coast of USAValid Passport and prepared to travel at short notice locally and overseas.Desired Knowledge and Skills Minimum of 3 years service experience including repair and testing of electronic and mechanical equipmentexperience in a field engineering role dealing with mechanical and/or electrical and software issues.Completion of a trade and/or undergraduate degree would be advantageous.Exposure to the food and packaging industry is desirable but not mandatory.Why work with usCareer mobility opportunity - Opportunity to travel in your job and see the world.Professional and career development benefits and education investmentBirthday leave.Recognition program linked to health and lifestyle benefits.Empowers employees and nurtures leadersA company that truly values diversityIf you are a highly motivated and a driven individual then apply now by emailing your resume to You must have an eligible work visa for North America to apply for this position.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
