Field & Shop Pump Service Technician at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a well-established industrial equipment service company in the Triangle area that is seeking a Field & Shop Pump Service Technician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits. Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain wastewater pumps and related equipment at client sites across the U.S. Perform disassembly, inspection, diagnostics, repair, and reassembly of pumps and mixers in the shop. Analyze equipment failures and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Unload, organize, and ship parts and equipment as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop and warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to review customer problems, provide recommendations, and prepare cost estimates. Requirements: Hands-on mechanical or farm background preferred; practical problem-solving skills are a plus. Comfortable working with equipment that may have strong odors. Ability to travel up to 30% within the U.S., returning home each weekend. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to obtain/maintain a passport for occasional international travel. Flexibility to take on a variety of shop and field tasks.
