As an Excavating Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of excavating work on our job sites ensuring safety quality and efficiency throughout the process.Responsibilities:Lead a team of excavating crew members in completing projects on time and within budgetOperate and maintain excavating equipmentRead and interpret project plans and blueprintsCoordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth operation of projectsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesRequirements:Prior experience as an Excavating Foreman or similar roleProficient in operating excavating equipmentStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret project plans and blueprintsKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices in excavatingIf you are a dedicated and skilled Excavating Foreman looking for a new challenge we want to hear from you!
