Field Supervisor at SST Direct

Seeking a Field Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Meridian MS.This position offers full benefits including PTO Medical Dental Vision and 401k!Pay is between $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience)We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead field crews on multifaceted construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills hands-on technical expertise and the ability to manage projects from start to finish while maintaining safety quality and budgetary standards.Responsibilities:Lead supervise and mentor field crews on construction projects within correctional facilities.Oversee daily jobsite operations ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to quality standards.Manage project budgets schedules timelines and resources.Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.Perform hands-on tasks as needed including welding and the use of hand tools such as grinders.Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards.Troubleshoot site issues and provide timely solutions to keep projects on track.Maintain accurate daily logs progress reports and documentation.Qualifications:5 years of experience supervising field crews on complex or multifaceted construction projects.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct and motivate teams.Proven experience managing project budgets and timelines.Proficiency in welding and use of common construction tools (e.g. grinders).Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to travel to job sites as required.If you are interested in learning more about this role please submit your resume for immediate consideration!INDH Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Vendor Management,Employee Evaluation,Construction Experience,Ecological Restoration,Industrial Cleaning,Military Experience,Security,Telecommunication,Financial Report Interpretation,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience,Cabinet Installation Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 30 - 35
