Job DescriptionJob DescriptionS&K Building Services is expanding our team across the nation and looking for a Field Technician! As a Technician, you’ll be an integral part of our team, supporting our client base using window and pressure/soft washing equipment. Beyond that, if you’re looking for advancement opportunities, we love to train and promote from within!This position will support Clean and Green Soft Wash Solutions, an S&K acquired company. Clean and Green Soft Wash Solutions | 7 Bush Park, Penn Yan, NY 14527What You'll DoEffectively cleanse windows and glass surfaces using non-abrasive cleaning tools.Effectively pressure/soft wash surfaces using non-abrasive cleaning tools.Safely operate pressure/soft washing equipment.Communicate with site contact before, during, and after completion of work, and retrieve customer endorsement on work order.Transport and set-up pressure washing equipment and/or water-fed poles to clean windows, as necessary, and complete subsequent breakdown of equipment.Effectively clean up after each job to ensure there is no residue or dirt left behind.Ensure that the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies.Attend weekly safety meetings.Who You AreYou have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.You have reliable transportation to/from work and job sites.You have a clean-cut appearance and can adhere to our dress code.You are able to lift up to 60lbs.You can scale and utilize ladders from 5ft to 40ft in height (safety training provided).You can work both indoors and outdoors during variable weather conditions.You have excellent time-management skills.You adhere to high ethical standards.You work well in a team environment.You are professional with interpersonal and communication skills.NICE TO HAVEYou have 1+ year(s) of relative experience operating pressure/soft washing equipment.You are bilingual (English & Spanish).What We OfferCompetitive Hourly Base Pay of $20 to $28, Depending On ExperienceWeekly PayHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) - Benefits effective the 1st of the month following 30 days of employmentRetirement Plan (401k with a Company Match)Paid Time Off & Paid HolidaysTraining & Development
