The P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting Organization is looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join its leadership team as a program supervisor. The selected candidate will expand their experience with leading a team of Program and WBS analysts while supporting critical military programs and key government program management requirements. This position supports the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements of the F100, F119, and TF33 CIP programs as you lead the analysts in support of the Program Office, L3 Managers, and CAMs for the individual areas.

The manager role requires coordinating, leading, and providing guidance to the technical areas as they develop their baseline plans, ensuring accurate plan status, and assisting where plan modifications are required. Additionally, the selected candidate will support on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits, as well as coordinate assessments of plan variances, variance analyses, and estimates for task completions. These efforts culminate in monthly program reviews, Program Risk Reviews, and preparation for internal and government required Performance Reports.

The Supervisor will provide leadership, guidance, and communication between the analysts, CIPT/IPT budget owners, and the Core Program and Finance teams.

Strict attention to detail and focus on internal and external customer satisfaction is required to ensure the team meets the aggressive demands of military compliance programs.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the program Business Rhythm and on-time submission of Scorecard Report for all active contracts.
  • Provide guidance and ensure full adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Data Item Description (DID) for contract reporting.
  • Assist the teams in the transition to the upcoming Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR).
  • Exercise active leadership in ensuring both program internal and external government customers are well-informed with timely and accurate debriefs and Monthly Program Reviews.
  • Perform monthly data reviews and validation for all Scorecards and ad hoc deliverables, including data calls for Baseline Management Reviews (BMRs) and Comprehensive EAC working files to ensure timeliness and high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide coverage for deliverable commitments in the event of Program Analyst absence and coordinate training and other technical development activities as required.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of prior relevant experience; or an Advanced degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Knowledge of P&W Program Management toolsets (SAP, WebEVM, Empower, Dassian, eCSVAR).
  • EVMS experience in more than one process area of the EIA-748 Standard for EVMS.
  • Experience or familiarity with other business systems such as manufacturing management, production control, procurement/subcontracting, quality control/assurance, engineering, information systems, and accounting systems.
  • Experience baselining projects with a hands-on role in schedule and cost baseline development or alignment.
  • Experience with the Production Material process (ZPD material).
  • Knowledge of basic training and presentation techniques.
  • Focus on results and the ability to drive tasks to completion; strong analytical and trending skills.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations, and all levels of management.
  • Problem-solving approach, initiative to continuous improvement principles (e.g. ACE/CORE).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
