Title: Finance AnalystLocation: Walnut Creek, CA (Hybrid 1 3 days onsite per week)Duration: 12/22/2025 4/30/2026 (Potential to convert to FTE)Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PMTeam Overview Supporting a senior analyst on the team Role is considered junior-level Position SummaryThe Finance Analyst will utilize cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties. Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage bi-weekly AP (Accounts Payable) packages for the client Review and approve invoices, including coding invoices in the system Support lease administration tasks Perform annual CAM reconciliations (January June for the previous year) Assist with project-based tasks after the reconciliation cycle Must-Have Skills Strong finance, accounting, and reconciliation skills Intermediate math and problem-solving abilities Experience working with large data sets Proficiency in Excel Ability to work independently Professional communication and demeanor Professional appearance Enthusiastic and proactive work style Nice-to-Have Skills Lease administration experience Required Experience Junior-level role Preferred: 1 2 years of relevant experience Education Bachelor s degree preferred Software Skills Excel Interview Process Virtual interviews with the team Final onsite interview Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
