Location: NYC (hybrid) Job Type: 9-month W2 hourly contract (potential to extend/convert) Compensation Range: $50-55/hrBenefits: health/vision/dental, 401k, and more ( ) On behalf of our financial services client, we are seeking a detail-oriented, analytically-driven Finance & Supplier Services Lead (Content Transformation) to serve as the financial and operational backbone of their Marketing Content Transformation initiative. This is a $128M, five-year investment, leveraging Adobe's GenAI creative suite projected to deliver at a minimum $27M in savings in 2027.This hybrid role bridges Brand, Supplier Services (including Sourcing & Procurement Operations), and Marketing Transformation organizations, driving financial discipline, value realization tracking, and contract governance across the initiative.The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of numbers and narrative. Someone who can manage a complex marketing investment budget, design a framework to track agency spend optimization targets, and walk into a room with executive level leadership (c-suite) to tell a clear, data-backed story. Responsibilities:Budget Management & Investment Governance: Track and validate spend across all budget lines, including Adobe license costs, implementation labor, consulting costs, and permanent headcount, ensuring financial discipline at every stage. Manage LOB-level cost allocations aligned with benefit ratios, ensuring each business unit's investment tracks to its proportional share of projected savings. Candidates should be comfortable managing complex, multiline budgets, building dashboards and/or graphs in excel as well as creating PowerPoint presentations on the data to executive leadership.Value Realization & Cost-Savings Tracking: Brand value will be generated through scaling volume content & automation. Serve as the primary financial tracker of the initiative's ROI, monitoring progress against the Brand team's $27MM agency savings optimization target Track both agency spend and content volumes throughout the transformation to measure overall value to Client, accounting for the possibility that savings may be reinvested to increase content thresholds Develop and maintain multi-year NPV model and update any cost-avoidance projections across all use case drivers.Reporting & Dashboard Development: Build and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for executive level leadership on a weekly/ad hoc basis. Develop macros, evaluate large datasets, and create audience-specific decks communicating financial and operational insights, including benefit allocation tables by LOB, investment cost breakdowns, and savings realization timelines. Leverage Workfront to build or enhance dashboards tracking resource allocation, capacity, and campaign planning across the Brand team.Contract, Vendor & Payment Management: Partner with client Sourcing to support restructuring agency contracts/retainers, including "unbundling" the existing pricing structure. Assist with evaluating and facilitating the restructuring of agency contracts, gathering and centralizing cross-line-of-business (xLOB) expense data, and tracking production-related spend and savings.Resource & Headcount Management: Use Workfront data to identify over- and under-capacity resources and generate regular reporting for leadership. Track the long-term expectation that the tools along with certain FTEs will replace mid-/lower-funnel agencies as AI workflows mature in Year 3+. AI Transformation / Change Management Support: Assess the financial and operational viability of Adobe GenAI initiatives. Help establish governance frameworks and assess the financial and operational viability of AI initiatives, including Workfront reporting enhancements and a centralized Campaign dashboard. Develop, track, and report on key metrics and progress, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and anticipated ROI. Partner cross-functionally to obtain requirements, secure executive approvals, and ensure compliance with strategic initiatives. Qualifications:Strong finance/accounting and business management background with 3+ years hands-on experience managing large, complex budgets.Advanced Excel proficiency; Comfortable building and maintaining dashboards, macros/formulas/models, NPV analyses, and complex tracking tools from scratch.Bachelor's Degree or MBA in finance, accounting, or business administration.Ability to aggregate large datasets and translate into clear, decision-enabling narratives tailored to C-suite audiences (CBO, CFO, CMO).Experience generating detailed financial and operational reporting for senior executives.Strong communicator who can present financial data and operational insights to both finance and non-finance audiences.Highly organized, process-oriented self-starter who brings structure and solutions to ambiguous, fast-paced environments.Strong judgment around confidentiality, particularly related to headcount, transformation activities, vendor negotiations, and budget details.Understanding of financial services and products.Strongly Preferred:Experience with procurement and payment systems (ARIBA, OPTIMA, SAP, or similar).Familiarity with enterprise software licensing structures, vendor contract governance, or strategic partnership management.Experience tracking ROI and value realization.Experience with Workfront or comparable project/resource management platforms.Background in marketing operations, content production workflows, or agency/retainer management.Exposure to technology transformation programs, particularly those involving change management and phased rollouts.Understanding of financial services and products.Experience working in large, multi-matrixed organizations.Job ID: JN -08 Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
