Gain experience across a full spectrum of transactions with strong mentorship and partnership potential.What Youll Do:Lead commercial and real estate finance transactions from inception to closing.Draft and negotiate loan and security documents.Advise on UCC Articles and/or real estate secured lending matters.Work on both lender-side and borrower-side transactions.What Youll Bring:J.D. from a respected law school; active California Bar membership.5 years experience in commercial finance real estate finance or both.Strong document drafting and transaction management skills.Experience representing both lenders and borrowers preferred.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Children Activity,Environmental Consultancy,Corporate,Anesthesia,Documentation Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 200000 - 300000
