The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and insurance activities related to automotive sales transactions. Our commitment is our guests complete satisfaction every step of the way while sharing our Lincoln Brand Passion.Please contact us for confidential interviews.Benefits:Pay:$150000.00 - $225000.00 per yearJob Type: Full-time401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceRESPONSIBILITIES:Structures deals for maximum profitability.Fully proficient with title laws and registration processAccurately desks deal submits deals to lenders for approval makes credit decisions and effectively closes deals.Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local state and federal guidelines.Prepares paperwork contracts and delivers deals.Prepares all deal packages with complete and proper documentation for lenders and follows any other process that may be in place in their respective department.Accurately audits team deals post-sale.Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.QUALIFICATIONS (Education Experience Certifications Licenses):At least 3 Years of automotive finance management experienceExcellent customer service skillsIgnite/Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plusAdvance Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiencyKnowledge of dealership finance and insurance proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication strong negotiation and presentation skillsMust possess the ability to close a deal.Willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.Ability to be analytical problem solve and multi-task.Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environmentStrong written and communication skillsValid drivers license and clean driving recordProfessional appearance and work ethicThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
