During this two-year program youll have four rotations across multiple finance disciplines with a concentration in Finance & Strategy accelerating your learning and career addition to on the job training and coaching you can expect additional learning opportunities to help build your foundations as a finance leader.What youll doWere looking for recent graduates who want to deliver an outsized impact while accelerating their career growth in a fast paced dynamic environment. This program is designed for recent graduates who will be receiving a bachelors degree with an emphasis in Finance Economics Business Administration Business Analytics or a related field who are eager to start a finance career working at an industry leader in the Fintech space.Our goal is to grow the GDP of the the Early Career Finance Program youll be tackling important projects to increase global commerce while working alongside exceptional people who insist on doing their best work of their careers.Analysts will have four rotations in multiple finance disciplines with a concentration in Finance & Strategy. You can expect meaningful roles with work that has a high impact on our users and Stripe. Activities may include: complex modeling process automation and analysis for senior leadership. The work will also involve collaboration with cross functional stakeholders such as strategy and operations sales engineering and other teams across the finance organization.ResponsibilitiesOver two years youll complete four rotations in multiple finance disciplines with a concentration in Finance & StrategyLeverage your financial background to build financial analysis to drive insights and recommendations to business partnersBuild and own models for in-depth analyses as well as ensure their quality timeliness and accuracyBuild and track metrics and leading indicators of business performanceAssist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetingsDrive continuous process improvement standardization simplification and reporting enhancementsWho you areWere looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus not a requirement.Minimum requirementsCurrently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in Finance Economics Business Administration Business Analytics or a related fieldGraduation date of May 2026Excellent communication and organizational skills both written and verbalStrong organizational problem-solving and analytical skillsThe ability to bring structure to ambiguous areas of opportunity and thrive in an unstructured fast-moving environmentA proven ability to be a self starter capable of driving resultsSolution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for establishing best practicesProven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesAbility to build strong collaborative working relationshipsStrong knowledge of GSuite tools and/or MS-Office products and experience working with/analyzing large data setsYou will also likely have (not required):Experience with Anaplan SQL Python or a willingness to learnExperience in data visualization and dashboarding such as PowerBi or TableauExperience using AI for financial analysis and process improvementHybrid work at StripeOffice-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users.
