In this role, you'll serve as the dedicated finance partner to North America Sales.You'll help drive financial rigor, unlock growth opportunities, and ensure we're investing resources where they matter most. This role will lead forecasting, financial modeling, and decision support, while helping leaders across these teams understand performance and manage expenses effectively.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll:Be a trusted FP&A partner to the North America Sales organizationLead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for operating expenses (OpEx)Develop and maintain models to assess sales productivity and GTM efficiencyProvide financial insights to guide investment decisions and drive resource allocationCollaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, margin drivers, and increase cost efficiencyBuild flexible financial models to support ad-hoc analysis and scenario planningCommunicate complex financial information in clear, actionable ways to business partnersQualificationsNot all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!Required:10+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial roleStrong financial modeling skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reportingExcellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insightsComfortable working with ambiguity and problem-solving across multiple teamsAbility to work independently and think strategicallyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly proficient with Google Sheets or ExcelDesired:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle a plusLocationThis role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.TravelWe prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. Offerings vary by location.The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $141,520 - 176,900.Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $149,840 - 187,300.Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $166,400 - 208,000.This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan and corporate bonus plan.
