Youll design and build integrations connecting our ERP platform with critical financial applications and support our ERP implementation initiatives. As you master our integration landscape youll have opportunities to expand into Claude-powered AI automation and data pipeline development.Youll build the integration backbone for one of the fastest-growing AI companies with a front-row seat to how Claude transforms financial operations. This is a foundational role where youll shape our integration architecture from the ground up then expand into cutting-edge AI automation as our needs evolve. Youll work alongside teams building frontier AI systems while directly applying that technology to solve real financial operations challenges.In this role you will:Core Focus: Integration Development & ERP SupportDesign build and maintain integrations connecting ERP systems with downstream applications including ZipHQ Brex Navan Clearwater Payroll systems Salesforce and other critical financial platforms using Workato MuleSoft or similar iPaaS solutionsSupport integration development and testing during the ERP implementation projectsDevelop and maintain REST APIs webhooks and OAuth 2.0 authentication flows for secure system-to-system communicationImplement real-time and batch integration patterns supporting high-volume financial transactionsEstablish monitoring alerting and error-handling frameworks to ensure integration reliability and data integrityDocument integration architectures data flows API specifications and troubleshooting proceduresCollaborate with monitoringSupport executive dashboards and financial analytics by ensuring timely accurate data deliveryGovernance & CollaborationMaintain comprehensive documentation for integrations AI agents and data pipelinesSupport internal and external audits with technical evidence and system access reviewsCollaborate with Finance Systems Engineers on operational support troubleshooting and enhancement requestsPartner with Finance Operations Accounting FP&A Engineering and Data Infrastructure teams to deliver holistic solutionsYou may be a good fit if you:Have 8 years of experience in integration development data engineering or systems engineering rolesPossess hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato MuleSoft Dell Boomi or similar integration toolsHave strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for building custom integrations APIs and automation scriptsDemonstrate experience with data pipeline tools including Airflow for orchestration and dbt for transformationHave working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as BigQuery Snowflake or DatabricksUnderstand REST API design patterns webhooks OAuth 2.0 and modern integration architecturesHave familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Workday Financials or similar) and financial business processesPossess strong problem-solving skills with ability to debug complex integration issues across Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity benefits and may include incentive compensation.Annual Salary:$205000 - $265000 USDLogisticsEducation requirements: We require at least a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Location-based hybrid policy: Currently we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
