Finance Year-Round Intern at Sherwin-Williams

DescriptionThis position will contribute to the day-to-day activities and special projects on the Vendor Master Maintenance Team. The purpose of the Co-Op Program is to provide professional development/experience to individuals within their field of study by exposure to the business environment of a large corporation.Because this role involves access to confidential financial information the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.ResponsibilitiesCORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKSPerform maintenance on vendor recordsAssist with processing supplier requests dailyReview and solve record discrepanciesAssist internal and external customers on processesValidate vendor banking updatesProvide support for annual complianceAssist with special projectsQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Must be pursuing a bachelors degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution at the time of internshipMust be available to work a minimum of 15 hours/week throughout the school year with flexibility for exams and school projectsHybrid remote work schedule availablePreferred Qualifications:Have at least (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word Excel Power Point Teams)Required Experience:Intern Key Skills Campaigns,Abinitio,AutoCAD 3D,Hardware & Networking,Customer Support,Arabic Employment Type : Intern Experience: years Vacancy: 1
