Compensation & Growth:

  • Base salary + performance incentives

  • Entry-level: $45,000–$75,000

  • Licensed Advisors: $86,000–$117,000+

  • Long-term earning potential grows as you build your own client base

What You’ll Do

  • You will work directly with clients while developing the skills, knowledge, and relationships needed to grow a successful advisory practice.
  • Develop customized financial plans based on client goals, values, and risk tolerance

  • Analyze assets, income, liabilities, cash flow, and long-term objectives

  • Conduct client review meetings and monitor ongoing progress

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client service workflows

  • Participate in prospecting, outreach, and lead nurturing

  • Represent the firm at networking events and community engagements

  • Lakeshore Financial provides training & licensing support (LAH, SIE, Series Exams)
