Financial Advisor/Planner - Wealth Management at American National Bank of Texas

DescriptionThe Wealth Management Financial Advisor is responsible for developing, managing and retaining client relationships and helping clients work towardslong-term financial goals supporting clients in the Fort Worth or McKinney markets. Other responsibilities include:Meeting with clients to discuss their financial goals and current financial positionBuilding and maintaining relationships with clientsCross-selling bank products and servicesInvestigates each client's financial situation in order to provide investment and financial planning adviceMay require work on physical bank premisesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational/work experience3-5 years of full Financial Advisor experienceNASD Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 license, and applicable state insurance licenseCriminal background check required and personal finances must be in good standing (for financial licensing purposes)Skills:Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple mathand carry out written instructions.]Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and/or attend meetings as requiredWork occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the positionMust be able to travel regularly from location to locationLifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs.ANBTX strongly encourages candidates that are fluent in English and Spanish to apply.
