Here at St. Peters Health Partners we care for more people in more places.Position Highlights:Recognized leader: Magnet Hospital in the Capital RegionQuality of Life: Where career opportunities and quality of life convergeAdvancement: Strong orientation program generous tuition allowance and career developmentWhat you will do:The Financial Analyst will assist the Director of Finance Continuing Care with activities supporting the Financial Operations for the Continuing Care Division which includes 6 Nursing Homes and 6 Independent Living Facilities. This individual will be responsible for revenue entries Financial Statement preparation and other month end tasks Revenue Account Reconciliations and analysis related to improving the Financial Operations of the facilities included in the division including Annual Forecast Audit and Cost Reporting.Responsibilities:Preparation of month end revenue analysisPreparation and analysis of revenue reconciliationsPreparation of various monthly AR valuations.Provide support with the annual audit process.Assist in preparation and analysis of Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports.Assist in the quarterly budgeting process.Profitability analysis.Productivity analysis.What you will need:Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required.Minimum of 2 years in healthcare finance setting is preferred.Strong proficiency with Excel. Must be able to understand advanced functions.Strong accounting organizational and communication skillsMust be accustomed to working with large data sets.Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects/workflow.Ability to develop and assist in implementing process improvements.Please be aware for the safety and security of our colleagues and patients all new employees are required to undergo and pass all applicable state and federally mandated pre-employment screening requirements including:Pay Range:$25.00 - $39.16 Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
