Apply today!Job DetailsThis Financial Analyst II is responsible for performing various financial analyses for the Corporate Partnerships segment which consists of Cencoras largest and most strategic customers. Highly visible role that provides financial reporting to senior management and executives to ensure revenues gross profit and expenses are meeting targets.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes monthly business unit and functional financial statements and operating expenses.Prepares and presents monthly financial analysis and reports to Senior Leadership.Generates monthly forecast annual budget and long range plan to share with Business Leads and partners.Develops coordinates and prepares business unit operating expenses for financial plans.Assists sales management in generating reports for the purpose of acquiring new business calculates customer profitability and tracks gross profit initiatives.Develops and prepares productivity and efficiency analysis for business sales segments.Interacts and partners with business segments teams to gather and compile data needed to conduct analyses identify trends and/or address senior management requests.Generates ad hoc analysis reports as needed.Performs related duties as assigned.Education and Work ExperienceRequires broad training in fields such as business administration accountancy sales marketing computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelors Degree program technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of 2 directly related and progressively responsible experience or a Masters Degree.Skills and KnowledgeKnowledge of various financial management areas such as credit and collection principles commercial credit uniform commercial code financial statement analysis business law plan development productivity and profitability analysis.Working knowledge of accounting and planning software packages.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writingStrong interpersonal skillsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsStrong organizational skills; attention to detailAbility to follow and interpret profit and loss statementsAbility to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practicesKnowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of SmartView Hyperion SQL and/or Power BI preferredWhat Cencora offersWe provide compensation benefits and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members ability to live with purpose every addition to traditional offerings like medical dental and vision care we also provide a comprehensive suite of benefits that focus on the physical emotional financial and social aspects of wellness.
