As a Financial Analyst Level 2 located in Chandler, AZ, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be an active participant in program Earn Value to IPMR/IPMDAR data reporting requirements, including preparation of earned value deliverables ensuring compliance, timeliness and accuracy. You will support baselines efforts and Initial Baseline Reviews (IBR) with customers while collaborating with cross-functional partners, including, Operations, Engineering and Program Management.

This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

In this job, you will:

  • Prepare EACs to include earned value analysis, hands-on EAC updates and revisions
  • Prepare financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
  • Provide internal and external compliance audit support
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with 2 years of professional experience OR Master's degree
  • Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • No clearance required to start
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Experience working in finance or accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
  • Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance

  • Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
  • Maintain commitment to quality, compliance and internal controls in adherence to company values and ethics
  • Excellent communication skills oral and written, with an ability to communicate financial and program information efficiently within a matrixed organization

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00
