The posted compensation range of $26.70 - $39.71 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As a Financial Analyst for our provider compensation, you will apply financial expertise to support strategic goals and optimal fiscal health.

Every day you will analyze financial data, interpret complex information, and communicate findings or recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to guide informed financial decisions.

  • Supports operations leaders to ensure accurate, timely and insightful analyses of provider compensation, production and utilization.
  • Leverages existing tools (and provide input into new ones as needed) to monitor budget vs actual results and provide input into key drivers of performance
  • Confirms root cause of material variances (e.g., by working with national category teams and local implementation teams as needed)
  • Synthesizes large complex financial analytics and communicate findings to leadership

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or closely related degree and Two (2) to Seven (7) years' experience within Finance or Accounting
