Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFamily Empowerment Coach – Part -Time Missouri Valley Community Action Agency is seeking a compassionate, motivated Family Empowerment Coach to support families on their journey toward stability, growth, and long-term success. In this part-time role (24 hours/week), you will build strong, respectful relationships with families, help them identify their strengths, set SMART goals, teach them to overcome barriers, and connect with essential community resources. The Family Empowerment Coach ensures families have the tools, guidance, and encouragement they need to achieve upward economic and social mobility. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, has a desire to learn and develop as a professional, and is passionate about empowering others—someone who thrives on meaningful, one-on-one work and believes in the mission “To Engage Communities and Coordinate Resources to Improve the Lives of People Experiencing Poverty.”This position will be for Carroll County and Ray County.
