Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFamily Empowerment Coach – Part -Time Missouri Valley Community Action Agency is seeking a compassionate, motivated Family Empowerment Coach to support families on their journey toward stability, growth, and long-term success. In this part-time role (24 hours/week), you will build strong, respectful relationships with families, help them identify their strengths, set SMART goals, teach them to overcome barriers, and connect with essential community resources.  The Family Empowerment Coach ensures families have the tools, guidance, and encouragement they need to achieve upward economic and social mobility.
