The incumbent will work closely with the Operations and Fiscal Bureau Chief to make improvements to the accounting structures and maximize resources through knowledge of Cost Allocation. This position will serve as the liaison between the central office and field staff and will be responsible for communicating changes and resolving accounting issues at the field level. This position requires daily utilization of the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) and requires a thorough understanding of the financial aspects of the system. This position also requires the ability to interpret and analyze federal regulations as they apply to federal grant funds received by the Department.
