Financial Services Representative

Yolanda Santana Harris & Brian Harris State Farm is offering an opportunity for a Financial Services Representative to join our growing team. If you're ready to start immediately, build client relationships, and grow long-term through training and mentorship, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Meet with existing policyholders and conduct ongoing customer fact finding
• Use annual policy reviews to identify opportunities to increase life and health coverage
• Offer life insurance and health insurance protection based on each customer's needs
• Review customers' financial picture (goals, planning needs, and coverage gaps)
• Recommend and help clients with financial planning products, including 529 education plans, rollovers, and annuity products
• Provide excellent customer service to build trust, retention, and referrals
• Participate in training and coaching to build product knowledge quickly
• Meet or exceed sales goals with professionalism and integrity
• Maintain organized follow-up and a strong client/pipeline process

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Organized with excellent follow-up
• Spanish-speaking ability is a huge plus
• Insurance/financial services experience is a huge plus

Licensing & Requirements

• WA licensing required prior to hire: Life & Health
• Securities licensing requirement: Must obtain Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 within 1 year of employment (as required for this position)

Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary: $50,000$60,000
• Aggressive commission structure + unlimited commissions + performance bonuses
• 401(k) with 5% employer match
• Medical and dental coverage after 90 days
• Paid training + growth opportunities

• In-office: Federal Way and Auburn, WA
• Start date: Immediate
