If you have a passion for rallying together to solve complex challenges then come join our dynamic FSO team!The opportunityYou will leverage your extensive Charles River Development (CRD) expertise and SaaS experience to design implement and support cutting-edge investment management solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will configure innovative workflows manage seamless integrations and ensure a smooth transition to CRDs SaaS platform all while maintaining peak operational efficiency and compliance alignment. Your deep technical knowledge of CRD combined with strategic leadership will drive multiple high-impact implementation projects across trading compliance portfolio management and post-trade functions.As a platform owner and delivery leader you will partner with senior stakeholders across technology and business teams to ensure CRD solutions are robust scalable and perfectly aligned with the firms strategic vision. This role blends hands-on project leadership with the opportunity to shape the long-term roadmap within a dynamic and rapidly growing investment organization.Your key responsibilitiesLead multiple CRD implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end from requirements through deployment and stabilizationLead Saas migration activities including environment readiness data migration regression testing and coordinating with infrastructure teamsDefine the CRD roadmap prioritizing initiatives that improve efficiency data quality and complianceDrive and oversee CRD platform configuration compliance rule setup workflows and integration points across modulesDesign and validate CRD integrations with IBOR data warehouses performance risk and accounting systemsEnsure seamless data flows through CRD data loader FIX connectivity SDK APIs and other integration tools maintaining reliability and performance across environmentsPartner with data management teams to design and maintain CRDs ADP and EDM integrationsManage reference data pricing and security master integration to support accurate instrument setup validation and testingLead and coordinate system upgrades regression testing and configuration migrations across environments (DEV UAT PROD)Establish data governance and quality control framework with CRD ensuring consistency across upstream and downstream systemsLeverage SQL and data analysis tools to validate data support investigations and deliver actionable insights to stakeholdersManage a team of business analysts providing mentorship technical guidance and professional development opportunitiesLead cross-functional communication between front middle and back-office teams translating complex technical topics into clear business languagePromote best practices in system configuration change management and delivery methodology ensuring consistent project execution across teamsStay current on CRD product enhancements new modules and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for system improvement and automationSkills and attributes for successCollaborate with client technology professionals and strategic third-party alliances to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions. Drive engagement management execute projects seamlessly and build strong client relationships while ensuring top-notch reporting and management.To qualify for the role you must haveA bachelors degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experienceYour degree should be in computer science engineering accounting finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferredA minimum of5 years of experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services companyExperience working in a Hedge Fund Wealth/Asset Management company or as a Management Consultant in one of these companies5 years of hands-on Charles River (CRD/CRIMS) experienceDemonstrated experience leading and supporting SaaS migrations including transition from on-premise environments to cloud-hosted solutionsDemonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle including requirements definition architecture design development implementation conversion and testingStrong communication presentation client service and technical writing skillsComfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues including regulations industry practices and new technologiesStrong experience in supervising and executing all phases of the technology life cycle based on proven project management and testing methodologiesMust possess a deep knowledge of technical architecture design and have a good understanding of technology tools and components to reasonably argue for and against all components (middleware database reporting tools etc.) in financial systems architectureWillingness and ability to travel you must hold a passport and a valid drivers licenseExperience in the following areas:Charles River (CRD)SaaS MigrationSQLDefinition and design of business and technical requirementsSystem design selection and implementation supportData mapping and conversionProof of conceptQuality assurance and testingBusiness and IT process reengineeringProgram/project management and implementation planning (PMO)Management reporting enhancementEnterprise application integrationCustom developmentPackage ImplementationReconciliation redesign or improvementWhat we look forWere interested in leaders with a genuine creative vision and the confidence to make it happen. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128400 to $235300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154000 to $267400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
