Financial Systems Analyst at Red Bull

DRIVE DEPLOYMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF FUNCTIONAL SYSTEM SOLUTIONS Support the Finance portions of system enhancements including S/4 Spring and HRC Support the A/R automation deployment by actively participating in the design flow documentation Drive key change projects by analyzing functional requirements use cases and target solutions Work with the business stakeholders IT teams and the vendors to ensure the successful rollout of new solutions Lead the functional testing and validation efforts and ensure completeness and compliance with business users requirements Ensure all key processes and controls are covered through implementation Lead the change management efforts SUPPORT BUSINESS PROCESS GOVERNANCE AND ENSURE BUSINESS CONTINUITY Support new processes and ensure no business interruption to the affected entities Ensure data integrity by adequate Master Data Management and relevant reconciliation between all systems Ensure key processes and transactions are designed to flow accurately and efficiently between different systems Manage access rights and authorizations across RBDC core systems Lead the Finance Process Governance and alignment with the Global DQM group SUPPORT THE BROADER ORGANIZATION THROUGH TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION Champion the training creation and deployment to the wider user population Support the broader Finance organization with coaching mentoring and training on the new systems and processes Participate in the development of new process documentation Support other departments outside Finance as needed Deploy RPA when efficiencies and optimization can be beneficial Other duties as may be assignedQualifications : Bachelors Degree in Finance or AccountingHigh performer with proven understanding of financial processes including SAP S/4Hana FI A/R Pricing Cash Application and Master Data ManagementMinimum of 3 years of relevant experienceStrong analytical skillsStrong computer skills high proficiency with Excel reporting and ability to quickly learn new systemsRPA experience preferably with UiPath or Power AutomateSelf-starter with excellent communication skillsSelf-directed; requires limited oversightWork independently and problem-solve issuesBeverage industry experience is a plusControlling / GL accounting experienceProcess improvement certification lean administration six sigma etc.Preferred experience with SQL Power BI Tableau and CelonisAdditional Information : This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.The base salary range for this position is $67200.00 - 100800.00 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
