We are looking for Fine Dining Restaurant Cooks responsible for executing precise, high-quality food preparation and presentation in a fast-paced, upscale kitchen environment. This role demands culinary skill, attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency to meet the exacting standards of a fine dining establishment.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a high-end or fine dining kitchen preferredCulinary degree or formal training is a plus but not requiredStrong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen tools, and food safetyAbility to follow recipes with consistency and precisionExcellent time management and communication skillsMust be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededServSafe or equivalent certification preferredPhysical Demands:Ability to work all shifts when required during the day, nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Walking, standing, some lifting up to 25-50 lbs.Essential Functions:Prepare and cook menu items according to the restaurant's recipes, quality standards, and plating guidelinesWork a designated station (e.g., grill, sauté, garde manger, pastry) with accuracy and efficiencyEnsure ingredients and mise en place are fresh, properly stored, and prepped ahead of serviceMaintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in all kitchen areasCollaborate with chefs and kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent food delivery during serviceFollow safe food handling procedures and comply with all health and safety regulationsMonitor food inventory and communicate low stock or quality concerns to the Sous Chef or ChefUphold the restaurant's standards for professionalism, appearance, and teamworkBenefits Summary (eligibility for full-time positions): Our Total Rewards aims to provide a holistic view of the comprehensive rewards and opportunities you receive as part of our commitment to your growth and success.
