Job Details MOLIN SIOUX FALLS - Sioux Falls SD Full Time $19.00 Description General Summary of the PositionPerform tasks involving physical labor including patching and repair of concrete panels produced throughout the plant. Panels are made in a variety of textures and colors. Strong attention to detail and good eye for color and texture variance.Essential FunctionsPerform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in the repair and patching of concrete productsPerform rubbing motion between shoulder and waist height often occasionally above shoulder height or below kneesClimb and work standing on ladderMaintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazardsPlace concrete patching material on panel using a hand trowelWork in dusty environmentTravel to job site occasionallyEnsure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followedWork full time Monday through Friday with frequent Saturday workAbility to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistencyContribute to company morale and group commitment to goalsOther duties as assigned by SupervisionQualifications Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of proper use of equipment materials and supplies used in concrete patching and repair workWorking knowledge of Gage finish marks and standardsAbility to use equipment and tools properly and safelyAbility to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.Ability to lift push pull or carry objectsAbility to bend at waist or work in a kneeling or sitting position Excellent stamina is required Ability to work in adverse weather conditions including heat and coldAbility to walk on uneven surfaces climb ladders and work on platformRequires good manual dexterity (hand hand with arm two hands) and multi-limb coordination.Ability to understand follow and transmit written and oral instructionsExcellent attendanceAbility to comply with all company policies procedures and safety requirementsEducation Training and ExperienceAny combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.Work ContextRegularly works near moving objects and in climate conditions that include inclement weather heat and humidity and exposure to dust and concrete.
